The Pickleball Mafia name, logos, patch motifs, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without permission, including for chapter activity not approved by us.

Chapters

Submitting an application does not create membership, employment, or partnership. Approval is discretionary. Member-only gear may only be obtained by approved members under rules we set.

Purchases

Product purchases are completed on Shopify. Shopify's terms and policies apply to checkout, payment, shipping, and returns.

The site is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
